Personalized Dog Training
In-Home - New Puppy
Our Private In-Home Training service provides one-on-one sessions designed for you, whether you're getting your first puppy or need a refresher on integrating a new puppy into your home. Kim enjoys helping with puppies, and guiding them to become your ideal dog.
Outdoor - Consultation / Training
Our "Walk and Train" service combines outdoor exercise with dedicated training to improve your dog's behaviour and obedience. It's ideal for issues like leash reactivity, inconsistent recall, excessive barking, leash pulling, or basic obedience. Kim will guide you and your dog through structured exercises during a walk in your local area.
In-Home Consultation / Training
At home, dogs can be playful and cross boundaries, causing challenges. With Kim's expertise, we can turn this into harmony. Let Kim meet your dog to establish a balanced relationship. This is your house, you set the rules. Don't rely on books or videos, interact with Kim directly. Share your expectations and we will make it reality.

We have various types of training available, depending on your needs.
In Home - New Puppy
Our Private In-Home Training service offers personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to help you welcome your first puppy or to remind you what having a new puppy is like and how to best introduce your new friend into your house.
Housetraining, and separation anxiety, are things you can work on immediately. Don’t let weeks go by and then have to solve a problem. Work with Kim to avoid the problems that may occur.
The first few weeks of having your puppy in your home can be very stressful. Let Kim help you with some tips right from the get-go. Having Kim help you in your own home is so relaxing and it allows her to see the dynamics of the household and she can suggest some helpful hints.
One of Kim’s favorite things is to help students with a young puppy. You give the direction on what you’d like to work on and get the dog you have dreamed of.
First lesson $150. Additional lessons $100
Lessons run for one hour. Kim is passionate about dog training, which means she might go overtime! All overtime is N/C.

Our Private Meet-Up for a Walk and Train service combines the benefits of outdoor exercise with focused training sessions to improve your dog's behaviour and obedience skills while enjoying the great outdoors. Whether you're dealing with leash reactivity, lack of recall, behavioural problems like excessive barking, leash pulling, or you simply want to strengthen obedience commands, we'll work closely with you and your dog to achieve lasting results

In-Home - Consultation / Training
Where your dog is most comfortable, sometimes they are the most naughty. Jumping up on counters, stealing food, taking your laundry, barking at the windows. There are plenty of household problems that need to be dealt with in your house. Invite Kim over to meet your dog and work together with her to have a wonderful, balanced dog in your house with fair boundries. It’s your house, you make the rules. Not a dog book or a video. Let Kim know what you expect, what you enjoy about your dog and that’s what we will work on.

Workshops
Workshops are very helpful when you have a specific need and can only commit to a short time.
Kim will hold workshops on various subjects — Recall, Social Skills, Loose Leash Walking, Nail Trimming, and Grooming Maintenance.

Starting Tuesday, Sept 17, 7:00pm - 8:00pm, 4 weeks
Location: Blue Ribbon Kennels, 210007 Hwy 762, Bragg Creek
A great introduction for your new puppy. Loose leash walking, basic obedience commands, good manners and socialization all add up to a fun class that you and your puppy will be sure to enjoy!
Requirements: must have proof of vaccinations (at least the first set) and be between 10-24 weeks of age.

4 - One hour sessions starting Tuesday, September 17 6pm-7pm
Location: Blue Ribbon Kennels, 210007 Hwy 762, Bragg Creek
A structured and informative class for any dog. Work on Heeling on Leash, Sit & Down Stays, Motivational and Distraction Recalls.
Teach your dog to respond to commands the first time you ask, even around distractions.
Social skills are important for any dog - this class focuses on teaching you how to properly socialize your dog with other dogs and people.
Requirements: Must show proof of vaccinations and be at least 6 months of age.

Location: Blue Ribbon Kennels, Bragg CreekLearn how to teach your dog to come to you the first time you call.
Recall Games can lay a great foundation for your dog to Love coming into you with speed.
Follow up with a ‘Must Do’ recall exercise when distractions are present.
We will show you the proper way to introduce your dog to all of these exercises and more!
